TRANSPORTATION OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT

Any personal computers, printer fax machines, small copiers or miscellaneous office equipment that you have, will be transported by our specially designed CRT carts. Computer bags are oversized zip-lock bags, often used for keyboards, mouse and any other computer accessories.

BUILDING PROTECTION

When and where necessary we will use the following protection:

• Pressboard will be used to protect floors.
  
• Walls, doorways, pillars and elevator frames will be protected with corrugated.
  
• Rolled plastic floor protection also is used to protect carpeting and flooring.

PROTECTIVE MATERIALS

Pressboard
Used to cover and protect flooring such as carpet, marble and flagstone. Facilitates the movement of dollies, particularly on carpet. Pressboard comes in 2' x 4', 4' x 4', and 4' x 8' segments and is 5/8" thick.

Corrugated
A thick cardboard-like material that is used to cover and protect walls, doorways, pillars and elevator frames.

Plastic floor protection
Made of heavy gauge plastic, protects floors and carpet from any tears, scraps or marks.

PACKAGING

Pop Cartons
Used to pack the contents of standard sized files and books. This carton is one continuous piece of corrugated with a handle at each end and a fold-in top. No tape is required to close this carton.

Legal Pop Cartons
Used to pack the content of legal sized files and extra large books. This carton is one continuous piece of corrugated with a handle at each end and a fold-in top. No tape is required to close this carton.

File Box
Used to pack the contents of one legal size file drawer or bookshelf. This carton is one continuous piece of corrugated with a handle at each end. Tape is required to close this carton.

Bin Box
Used to pack plants, pictures and odd shaped items like lamps. A bin box is comparable in size to a professional laundry hamper. It has no top.

LABELS

To help organize your move, we will provide color coded labels and room identification sheets free of charge. There are 13 colors to choose from. You can assign on color per floor or multiple colors per department. The choice is yours. We also carry pre-marked labels such as "Storage" and "Do Not Move".
